After an order has been placed, it is promptly sent to our factory where we will print and ship your item(s) within 7-10 business days. Below are expected delivery times based on your location.

If your items have not arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact Customer Service for a full refund of your purchase.(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) and missed parcel deliveries).

 

 

HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase. We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. We stand by our product and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. This of course does not include “empty bottle” refunds, like some promotional schemes seen on TV or the internet, where you try it out and then request a refund.

Refunds apply if you receive any bottle in the following condition: Broken bottle, broken seal, damaged product in general or expired products, then we will issue you a refund or if requested we will send you a new order free of cost. For quality assurance purposes we may require you to send the bottle back, if asked by us, where we will pay for the shipping.

For non-nutritional products, just return the product to us undamaged and we will refund you. This excludes custom printed items and products from some of our Third Party Partners or Resources where you contact their Customer Support for details on returns to them.

*NOTE: We do not provide pre-paid shipping packages to send products back to us. You must send back unwanted product at your own expense and we advise getting a tracking number for your own proof of delivery.

WHAT CARRIER DO YOUR ORDERS SHIP?

All U.S. orders are shipped via USP/USPS. International orders outside of USA will be shipped with USPS International where available.

 

 

ARE THERE DUTIES FOR AMERICAN ORDERS?

No there are no additional duties. Outside of the USA, product recipient will be responsible for duties in their country.
