We stand by our products and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee of delivered products.
Rest assured, when there is a problem with your order, we will do our best to work with you as a valued customer on a per-order basis to resolve your issue. And to help us combat fraud, we ask that you carefully review the policy below before ordering.
You may cancel or amend your order at anytime within 24 hours of purchase at no additional cost. No questions asked.
Shipping and handling fees are totally refundable as well, but if shipment has already occurred then may not be refundable (we will assess the situation and consult with you if this occurs).
REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS
Full replacements or full refunds only apply if you receive any full bottle in the following adverse condition:
* Broken bottle
* Broken seal
* Inaccurate product
* Damaged product in general
* Expired product
In those instances, we will send you a new order, free of cost or if you prefer, issue you a full refund, at our discretion, after discussing with you.
For quality assurance purposes we may require you to take a picture of any damaged product and email to us or send the FULL bottle back, if asked by us after consulting with you, where we will pay for the shipping.
As a matter of course, we offer no "partial bottle" and no “empty bottle” refunds or guarantees, like some shady promotional schemes seen on TV or from internet introductory offers, where you try out their cheaply made product and then request a full refund. NO PARTIAL BOTTLES WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR A REFUND.
Our products have a COA (Certificate of Authenticity) so we know our products are premium, but we understand that everybody has a different uptake from various nutritional supplements and it may not seem that it is working for you as you may have imagined. We've all been through those times, but from a regulatory safety aspect, especially considering COVID-19, we cannot accept consumable products back and then resell, as it may have been tampered with or contaminated; thus, making it potentially unsafe for a future customer. We thank you for your understanding.
We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF CONSUMABLE GOODS OR NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENTS for the safety reasons stated above.
For non-nutritional products, just return the product to us (Nutrish One, 6908 Glendale Dr., North Richland Hills, TX 76182) undamaged and we will refund you.
Custom printed items and products (print-on-demand t-shirts, hats, shoes, bags or similar) are excluded from return since they were designed, printed and made specifically for you. For products that come from any of our Third Party Partners or Resources, we ask that you contact their Customer Support for details on returns to them.
*NOTE: We do not provide pre-paid shipping packages to send products back to us. Unless we give authority for you to ship any product back to us. Sending back any unwanted product will be at your own expense. Because items DO get lost during shipping, we advise getting a tracking number for your own proof of delivery to us and to best help you getting your refund back to you as quickly as possible.
